Lunch menu: Sunshine Grill has a variety of entrees on the lunch menu to cater for everyone. The award winning burgers and fish tacos are on top of the must try list. The two have attracted so many positive reviews; take a bite for yourself and experience the goodness others have. If you are not a fan of fish tacos, then consider the grilled snapper sandwich for lunch. An important point to note is that we make our bread daily. You can be guaranteed of a fresh and delicious meal. Additionally, our beef is ground fresh and we source local produce for our dishes.
Dinner: Sunshine not only boasts the best meals but the best chefs at well. Our chefs, most of whom are from the culinary nation of Cuba, will give you a dining experience that is out of this world. Actually, two of our chefs were once part of the famous il Ajibe. Our best selling dinner favorite is Havana chicken. If you would love to get a taste, show up early for your dinner; it’s always the first dish to sell out. Other dinner specials include Grilled Wahoo and Grilled Mahi Dinner.
Kids meals: For those travelling with kids to the Cayman Islands, we’ve got you covered. We have a kids menu especially designed for the little ones under ten. On top of the kids menu is grilled cheese, chicken fingers, grilled mahi, a chicken quesadilla and a little cheeseburger. The meals are served with sweet potato fries or fruit, and kids beverage.
Drinks: Don’t leave the Cayman Islands without trying our signature drink, the Painkiller. Other great options on our menu include the mango massage, the perfect margarita, Dark and stormy- a special Jamaican ginger beer, Sangria –perfect for summer, freshly squeezed lemonades, soft drinks and ice tea to mention a few.
Meal plan for accommodation: At Sunshine Grill, guests receive lunch and dinner daily. The menu plan package includes an appetizer, a main course, unlimited soft drinks during meals and one alcoholic drink for each person.
