Exciting Island Recreation & Activities On Grand Cayman
There are a wide variety of island attractions to enjoy in Grand Cayman. Many excursions and activities can be arranged through our partner Red Sail Sports.
Here is a list of some of our favorites!
Seven Mile Beach
Seven Mile Beach (SMB) is a long crescent of coral-sand beach on the western shore of Grand Cayman island. Despite its name, the beach is only about 5.5 miles (8.9 km) long. Seven Mile Beach is known for its beauty, recently receiving the honor of “The Caribbean’s Best Beach” from Caribbean Travel and Life Magazine and is a beautiful white sand beach and one of Grand Cayman’s greatest attractions.
You cannot miss swimming with the stingrays in their natural environment. This amazing water adventure will take you out to both the original North Sound Stingray City as well as to a shallow sandbar where you can comfortably stand (or run!) and interact with these beautiful marine creatures.
