Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Sunshine Suites has only a few pet-friendly suites, which are subject to availability. If you plan to bring your pet, please call (877) 786-1110 to reserve your stay to ensure that you secure a pet-friendly accommodation. Official service dogs are not restricted to dog-friendly accommodations. Limit ONE pet per suite for a maximum of 7 nights. If you bring your pet, a fee of US$100 will be charged at check in time, for cleaning and deodorizing concept.
Do all rooms offer microwave and refrigerator?
All rooms feature kitchens with a 2-burner cook top, microwave, sink, full size refrigerator, coffee maker and an assortment of cookware, dishes, and dining utensils.

Is there a resort fee at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a US$35 per night Resort Charge. See the list of inclusions here
Do you offer Free Breakfast at the hotel?
No but breakfast is available at The Sunshine Grill
May I make a reservation via email?
No. Credit card information is required to book a room and for security reasons we recommend you Book Online call direct to (877) 786-1110
Do you have rollaway and / or cribs?
Yes. There is a US$25 (+taxes) per day fee for air mattress and cribs are free.
Do you offer babysitting services?
No, the hotel does not offer babysitting services; however, the guest service desk may be able to assist you in setting up a sitter.
Is there transportation to other parts of the Island for dining and shopping?
Grand Cayman has a great local bus system! Buses run every 10 minutes and cost US$2.50 per ride.
Does the hotel offer in-room safes?
We do not have in room safes; however we do have safety deposit boxes available at the front desk.
Does the hotel have guest laundry?
Yes the hotel has coin operated laundry facilities
Does the hotel provide transportation to and from the airport?
No the hotel does not provide transportation to or from the airport. Regulated Taxi service is located at the airport. Cost to Sunshine Suites averages US$25 for up to 3 adults.
Does the hotel have a Spa?
No, however all guests are welcome to use the services at Hibiscus Spa located at the Westin Grand Cayman. The Spa can be reached at (345) 945-3800
Do the guest rooms have irons/ironing boards? Hair dryers?
Yes all our rooms have both of these amenities.
Will the hotel receive and hold packages for guests?
Yes – there are fees for receiving packages.
For packages under 25 pounds the cost is US$10; packages 25 pounds and over US$25. Pallets are US$250 per pallet. Guest may only store packages for up to 3 days. Anything longer than 3 days may result in additional storage fees.
Does the property have elevators?
No the hotel does not have elevators. The building is 3-stories.
