The Cayman Islands are made up of three islands: the Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac, and Little Cayman. Grand Cayman is by far the most populated and developed, at right around 22 miles long. Located in the western part of the Caribbean Sea, the islands are best known for their beach resorts (great for holidays), scuba diving and snorkeling. The Caymans have what is referred to as a tropical marine climate, with a wet season of rainy, warm summers, followed by a dry season of warm winters.
