Grand Cayman’s Sunshine Hotel & Suites Debuts Renovation

The Sunshine Hotel & Suites in the Cayman Islands has officially completed a comprehensive transformation, debuting fully refreshed accommodations, enhanced culinary spaces and upgraded guest amenities.

At the center of Grand Cayman’s dining and entertainment district, the boutique all-suites resort features 132 redesigned, light-filled accommodations spanning studio, deluxe, one-bedroom and executive one-bedroom layouts. Tailored for extended stays, each suite adopts a fresh coastal aesthetic and comes equipped with functional kitchenettes or full kitchens.

As part of the renovation, the property unveiled two major facility additions: the brand-new Sunshine Fit, a 24/7 fitness studio, and a complete redesign of the Sunshine Grill. The updated restaurant now offers an expanded, air-conditioned indoor dining space along with an elevated outdoor dining area in a garden setting.

The menu continues to highlight award-winning island staples, including its signature fish tacos and craft cocktails. New on-property perks include a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival and an expanded guest snorkel gear rental program.

Guests staying at The Sunshine Hotel & Suites also receive full access to amenities at its neighboring sister property, The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa, including beach access and pool loungers.
