Grand Cayman World-Class Dining at the Sunshine Grill
The Sunshine Grill is currently closed for renovation as we enhance and expand our dining spaces. When we reopen, guests can look forward to a brighter coastal atmosphere, featuring air-conditioned indoor dining and a lush garden seating area inspired by island sunsets.
During this time, our guests are invited to enjoy a variety of dining options at our sister property on Seven Mile Beach, with the convenience of charging meals directly to their room.

The Sunshine Grill has been the recipient of many local accolades, including multiple wins at Taste of Cayman for our fish tacos. Our burgers have been voted Best Burger for the past three years by BestofCayman.com. Les Standiford, the critically acclaimed author, recently commented: “The restaurant’s hamburger is the best I have ever had…If Andy Warhol were to have painted a hamburger, it would have (or should have) looked like yours. And as for the taste…simply heavenly!”
